Every bigger job arrives without a map.
Six months, sometimes twelve, built around your real calendar. Here’s how the work goes, what it costs, and what you can hold me to.

How the work goes
A map of six months together, not a timetable. The rhythm bends around your job, and slows as the job becomes yours.

Weeks 1–3
Setting out
A 90-minute first session, and up to six short interviews with people who work with you, if you agree. Together they become a one-page map: what you were hired to change, and what’s in the way.

The climb
75-minute sessions built around what’s actually happening in your job that week: the hire you’re unsure about, the board meeting on Thursday, the co-founder conversation you’ve been putting off. Message me before a hard conversation; I reply within a working day.

Months 4–6
Holding the line
Sessions every three to four weeks. You bring fewer emergencies and more decisions. If your company is paying, we have a short check-in with your sponsor.

Closing session
Handing back the map
A closing session and a written summary of what changed and what to watch. Some clients stay on for a monthly session; most don’t need to.

My approach
A bigger job doesn’t need a different person. It needs a few habits that worked at the old size to change. Four things you can hold me to.
Around your real calendar
We work on the meeting you have on Thursday, not a framework. Theory comes in only when it helps with Thursday.

With an end date
Coaching that never ends turns into dependence. We agree the length up front and plan the last session from the first one.

I’ll tell you what I see
Including the parts that are about you. Politely, with evidence, and early enough to do something about it.

Your decisions stay yours
I’ll share what I’ve seen work elsewhere. You decide what happens in your company, and you get the credit for it.

What I won’t do
Saying no to these is how you can trust the rest.
No fixed programme
There’s no twelve-week curriculum. The shape bends around your job.

No clients I can’t help
If you need a therapist, a lawyer or a different coach, I’ll say so in the first conversation.

No more than ten at once
You get my full attention, or you get a waiting list. Never half of both.

Questions, in full
Anything else, ask in the first conversation. That’s what it’s for.
The goals we agree at the start, and at the midpoint and end whether you're on track. Never what we talked about. Your sponsor and I agree this in writing before we begin.
A mentor tells you what they did. I help you work out what you'll do, in your company, this month. I'll share what I've seen when it helps, but the decisions stay yours.
No. We talk about work, and sometimes work is personal. If something needs a therapist, I'll say so and help you find one.
No. Most sessions are on video. I see clients in person in New York, and I'll work around US and European time zones.
Say so at any session. If we can't fix it, you can stop at the end of the month, minimum term or not.
I work with ten people at a time. Two places open from January.
Yes. Give at least 48 hours’ notice and we’ll find another time at no charge. Later than that, the session may be billed.
Yes. We agree the sponsor and payment details before we begin. Your sessions remain private.
We revisit the goals and decide together whether to continue, pause or finish.
